OM5451 Rice - (Jasmine x OM 2490)
OM 5451 rice is a long-grain variety created by a crossbreed combination between Jasmine 85 and OM 2490 varieties. It is primarily grown in the Mekong Delta provinces, gives the full yield and meet the export standards.
Grain of this variety is long, slender, little chalky, aromatic and when cooked, not hard even when cooled down.
