Camolino Rice
Camolino rice is a medium-grain variety with a pearly white color and round kernels. It is known for its soft, fluffy texture, low stickiness, and distinctive aroma when cooked. In Vietnam, it is commonly referred to as “Egyptian rice.”
Thanks to its excellent flavor absorption and light, airy texture, Camolino rice is widely used in dishes such as fried rice, savory pancakes, and other recipes that require good expansion and fluffiness.
